When you contact us we ask you to fill in a brief form which asks for basic details, including preferred times of appointments. You can get a copy of this form here, just click on the image on your right hand side.
 
Please post this form to the Cairns office as we cannot yet guarantee complete e-mail confidentiality.

When this form is returned, your information will be placed on a waiting list and you will be contacted as soon an appointment becomes available. 

We try to see you as soon as possible, but there can be a slightly longer wait for evening appointments.
